The room layout was ideal for our needs, with a separate sitting area with TV and desk area, and the separate bathrooms (toilet/sink and shower/sink). the heating system was quiet and accurate, and the extra blanket was nice (we like to sleep in a cool room). The hot tub was wonderfully hot and the whole pool room was pleasantly warm and steamy because of it; the breakfast was a nice plus, and cheerful in the morning, the typical and abundant hotel breakfast. I also really appreciated the earlier check in at 3:00, and later checkout at 12:00. That was really helpful. We were overlooking the main parking in front, but that was not a problem, super quiet anyway. Will definitely book here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, I realized I booked the wrong room for my family's needs. I addressed this issue with the front desk and they worked hard to resolve the issue. It made an amazing first impression for us! We will definitely be back!
